For that price range I'm considering Campagnolo Zonda (Shimano option), £247 on Wiggle, or the deeper Shimano RS81 C35 (basically Ultegra level), £379 on Wiggle. Zonda for you and C35 for your dad maybe?

Standard #chopper weaponry, I have a soft spot for Zondas.
Narrow and overpriced (unless you value marketing bs).
Still wondering...
The old man wants a snazzy new set of wheels. I believe his Specialized Roubaix is 11 speed Ultegra, so needs to be Shimano hub. Budget is ±£400, what's best?
Also, I will be needing a set, around the £300 mark (10 speed) for the Eurotrip, heavy mileage, preferably light and a little aero if poss.
There was no reply from @varno about his wheels, when I messaged him on here.
