at the moment i'm so dubious of my running ability i can't bring myself to go outside for a run as I know I can't run for shit. i fucking hate treadmills but for the next week or so that's the way i'm going to be getting at least a couple of miles in my legs.
looking at maybe doing an 8-week fat-adaptation phase to wean myself off carb fuelling before marathon training, basically 8 weeks of eating no carbs and running very slowly (<140bpm hr) think it'll fit well with my current mental/physical state in terms of my running.
