Only one photo makes it hard to tell but there looks like there could be a little colnago ace of clubs on the HT-DT lug?...

I saw that too. Fishy fishy business. Better pics will probably reveal something not a club. I've told the seller.

"A Webster TT frame and forks made by Lee Cooper, one of the countries top frame builders. Unsure how to measure this precisely (see pics ) I believe the construction of this frame is on Lee Coopers facebook but I don't have Facebook ! He used both Reynolds and Columbus but from the b/b lugs / crowns/ dropouts I errr on the Reynolds side. Some tubes are oval and tubes are oversized, gorgeous bladed forks, paint work is excellent with only a very few touch ups Can be collected weekend only from Chipping Ongar otherwise posted Parcel Force 48. 95% sure the forks are Columbus Max so a nice deal all in.
