Cheers for the advide, went for some Columbus Carve forks with 45mm rake. I'll let you know what they ride like when she's up and "running".
Also, can't decide if silver stem, bars and seatpost would look better then black? And trying to find subtle and tasteful modern parts is tricky. Be nice to avoid logos and colours all over the place.
