I've dispatched my brother to look at three flats in Wimbledon this weekend - purely for investment purposes.
Criteria is as follows:
1) Ten minute walk from the station.
2) Five minutes from Pub/convenience store.
3) Not too concerned about building/adding any particular value to it.
I'm what you might call a long-term investor.
