You need this;
TBH it's easier to get this and run an 8 speed system, cheaper in the long run than a 10 speed system (and last longer).

Found it, here you go.
And don't worry about the width difference between the newer 130mm wheel and the old 120mm frame, just pull it apart and fit it in.

Got an old steel frame I wanted to build as a 1x10... but getting it out last night it would appear it's not got a deraillieur hangar. Not sure if it's been knocked off or what - there's a cable lug on the chainstay which suggests it ought to have had a hangar at some point.
What are my options? Can I get something welded on?
