I just add protein to everything.
Bit before. Loads after.But surely if you eat protein before a 60min run. It's available for recovery when you finish. Plus. If you do bonk a little. Your body is less likely to cannibalise your thighs.
Not too much though. Don't want to load the digestive system.

Accept its not as good as a big box of fresh healthy wonderfulness but it's not complete shit and does the job. I have issues with portion control and snacking. At least this way I'm on top of the game.
