Yup we did Insanity, it's just good old fashioned army/american football drills mashed together. It was hard and we both put on muscle and lost a ton of weight but felt less sustainable long-term(for us) than other things we've done. Liz has done ToneItUp BeachBabes program to the letter(food and workout) for a year and has found it easy to stick to in comparison. Plan is to do the full 20 weeks of TurboFire then redo Insanity like a boss. Hate working out 6 days/week but won't feel guilty if I skip Saturday's to ride or go climbing.
