So two weeks of eating shit American food and not running/riding much over the last few months has given me a wee belly and pushed me over 70kg again(I'm 5'10). Well aware that's not overweight but I feel every extra kg when climbing or at work.
I've replaced breakfast and lunch with Huel(500cal per meal) and just started TurboFire workout. LadyLiz is a big fan of long-term fitness DVD programs so thought we'd give it a whirl. It's v cardio oriented. Did day one just now, only 45min but nearly threw up.
Aim is to drop to below 65kg and get my 6pack back. Might be nice to be running half marathon distance in 2hr comfortably again.
Just need some motivation :/
