Mine's been crashed once and the bike's fallen over on it twice. One of the rails creaks an awful lot, it's now FRO.

not sure to be honest, I might be able to do matlock as my mate lives in derby.

Nah, constipation and/or busting for a piss mean you race up to the top even faster.

Does amuse me how much people spend to save weight and stillwear caps/headbands/sunglasses, but I'm glad that they do.

I've realised Dan has a frame of mine. I may look at sorting it out for next season.

Believe that's technically illegal as it looks like he's using crosstop levers which aren't accessible from the widest part of the bar. Rob Gough uses the same setup.

Good luck in breaking the club record today, hippy. My brother is at the Red Lodge (the top) turn, marshalling folks back onto the A11, give him a wave.

Rachael Elliot has apparently ridden 1:03:29 for a new Competition Recrod, so no excuses for Hippo.

Killed it (relatively speaking).
1:00:47 with a few mistakes and my typical dead left leg. Fucking Garmin shat it as soon as I hit start on the line. Better paced than the 50s but messed the end which wasn't on the a road but around the corner, after I'd jammed on the brakes thinking I'd finished.

Comp record for women's team too I think. Chelmer?
Rich's saddle for National HC arrived the other day, 97g. I'm certainly not road testing it!!
