Great speech. First time, I think, that I have watched a whole hour of a contemporary political speech without becoming irritated or bored. Un patronising, genuinely funny at times, moral but not self righteous. And good politicing at the beginning, trying to draw his leadership rivals closer. And that second hand jacket he insists on wearing actually goes quite nicely with a dark red tie.
