Sag's grown up a lot this year. Didn't really like him until this season, but now it's great to say that the strongest rider in the world seems like a decent chap.

Not saying she's better than Vos, just that at the moment she's the top female rider riding.

I agree with the spending proportion, but you have to remember that no additional funding had been earmarked, so while London would have made economic gains out of it, it wouldn't have soaked up any additional funding.

Other cities are bidding, so all power to their elbows.

I reckon the first three stages should simply be a straightforward JOGLE. :)
