In my experience neoprene gloves are useless. Here in Scotland it gets chilly in the winter. I have used neoprene gloves in chilly 5° and below and they are hopeless, no insulation means my digits never heated up, frigidly cold the entire time.
If I were to use them above 10° they sweat really badly, constant wrinkly digits nightmare to get off and on. A waste of time ime.
