I'm entertaining the idea of putting together a TT machine, and actually training would help! Any advice welcomed, it's reassuring to hear that 2 mins is not a ridiculous amount of time to lose.
I knocked big chunks off my 10 time just by riding my TT bike more often than once a month in a race. There's lots to be gained with aerodynamics as well as training well. Basically, if you wanted it, you could pretty easily find that 2mins.
