Taped the insides to spokes, to try get rid of the horrible plastic sound, and have gone around the edge-to-rim with tape. Currently a scrappy job until I get some nicer thin black electric tape, but it should do the job to the post office and back.
Not sure I'd recommend yet, but for jokes maybe. Still the cheapest option for a fake disc.
