It was just me and one other person. They said 6 signed up, but I guess 4 were no shows due to the weather (it didn't actually rain at all when we were there).

Eek that's really low numbers!

Was the coaching good, mostly skills training or fitness? Full report please 😀

I'm going next week, work permitting, you reckon it's cool just to show up, can't see where to book.
