I've got a set of them on my old ti bike...they are good forks though! I've got a manual for them somewhere at work....I can have a root tomorrow. They were on my bike when I bought it used, but I have the receipt for them too...something around £700! I think they were lighter than SID's at the time.....

It's this: http://www.lfgss.com/comments/11894550/
I wasn't using it over here so shipped it to Poland to join my 'cross bike so the missus and I can ride together or I can choose one or the other for my longer rides. Her brother got hold of it though so god knows what he did :)
I had it for one ride and busted a spoke so I can't really talk :)

Pink Bike overview of Red Bull Hardline, the video just makes it look even more mental and scary than previous edits:

Whats the best steel 29er I can buy or build, new or second hand for <£1000?
Looking for a small frame, plenty of seatpost, race XC type riding.

RSP plummet. Need a 27.2 and they're quite cheap right now. Thoughts?

Buy it
Droppers make off roading so much better
If it's shit get a warranty refund but you'll then know if getting a better dropper is worth it, though the reviews are all positive.

I prefer the serviceability of the cheaper mechanical models to be honest. Nor is the infinite adjustability of the hydraulic models required. High, medium and low are perfectly fine for me.

Ugly as fuck but for £50 you really can't complain. Does what its supposed to do and does it very well.

I saw them for £60 on Tredz (now sold out) - is there somewhere particular that they're £50?
-

Ah, they've gone up a smidge but can be had for £60 delivered from Amazon:

KS is bringing some out some new 27.2 ones. Supposed to be really damned good.

I'm kinda tempted by the RSP one, it's £55 trade on Raleighb2b so just over £60 is a bargain.

Be wary of cheap Schwalbe tyres, they have a million different compounds and
their cheap ones are shit. Thanks for this! I went for the EVO snakeskin models in the end as it seems the entire world shares the same opinion of Schwalbe's "Performance" compound.
I'm now rocking a 2.35" Hans Dampf up front and a 2.25" Nobby Nic out back. The difference is huge yet exactly as expected; this setup rolls much easier but is noticeably less grippy in comparison to the 2.5" High Rollers (with their "3C MAXX GRIP" compound). Suits me fine!
That said, the High Rollers are now going spare if anyone fancies them before eBay.

Has anyone got a specialized dropper seat post, mine has decided to break after 6 weeks of use.

I have a 27.2 XFusion HiLo, it's a couple of years old, hasn't done loads of miles though, and I have bled it a couple of times, so it's working well. It has the lever under the saddle at the moment, but can be swapped out for cable operation if you want (and I can find the spares)...
Hit me up if you want it.

I'm hoping its under warranty or an easy fix, I have a feeling I may have damaged the leaver slightly when I fell off a couple of weeks ago.

I have question.
Anyone know of any studded 26" tyres that are wider than 2.1"?
My winter rat has at least 10mm space at either side of the tyre at any point around the frame, and it would be nice to get a bit more girth for winter.
My Nokians and everything else I can find are 1.9-2.1"
You'll have to try much harder to offend me.
