If we're doing race reports, then @dbr and I rode the Reading CC double HC this morning.
First hill out of Goring was a "roadman's" climb, 1.7 miles, starting at about 5% with a short section of 10% before levellign out at 3% for the final mile. 5:36 for myself on 72", 3:42 for dbr.
The second stage was Streatley (number 24 of 100 Climbs), which is a pretty ferocious 0.4 mile blast. Averaging 16% it starts off at 10% and reaches almost 1-in-4 towards the top before flattening off for the final 20 yards for the TK. 5:06 for myself on 53" and 2:51 I believe for dbr.
Ed Bradbury of NFTO surprised no-one with his win, taking 13 seconds off the CR for the first hill and 2:31 on Streatley, only a tenth of a second ahead of second.
