Anyone willing to swap a 90 jag for a 90 pearl?
-
• #889
Which way? I have a Jag I might be willing to swap for a Pearl (assuming it's a 25.4mm Pearl).
-
• #890
I think he wanted his jag swapped for a pearl.
everybody wants a pearl.. Makes me want to get a pearl now.. got a dynamic which is close enough... :p

Took out the risers and installed some road drops. Pretty comfortable I have to say. Got a nitto dynamic stem with piega bars which looks nice as well as comfortable. Some new vittoria corsa 25c tyres. New saddle and seatpost. Will take a picture with the risers and the piega bars later on. Really enjoying this ride.

Saddle is on point bro!
-
• #893
That looks really great.

• #894
Lovely. What bars?
-
• #895
Awesome. Just either level your bars or put them in line with your stem; now they're neither. I also think a longer stem would be more esthetically pleasing. Never liked it when the end of the bars cross the headtube in a profile shot. But if this is the correct length then fair play with function over form I guess. Otherwise fantastic bike!

hah, yeh, this is at least maybe 10mm too short, it's an 80mm jag, might need a 90mm.

• #897
bars are something i got off ebay for £7.99. Doesnt have a brand name

• #898
What happened to your b123aas?
-
• #899
strong textPretty happy with the way my georama turned out, but I can't help but think it's not all that "exciting" to ride
(Bars are actually at correct angle, wheel tilted towards one side)

but I can't help but think it's not all that "exciting" to ride
One of the qualities of steel - but the angles should definetly offer you a different experience than a road bike.
I use them alco gels. slippery when applied and dries fast so no movements whatsoever after installing hte grips
