Did they "panto" it or is it stamped in it? I have a "panto" Eddy Merckx stem but I'm pretty sure it's fake as hell.
-

Disc us
It's lacking disc brakes -

It surely is panto (as in "pantographed", made with a pantograph and a marking pencil) but I think it has been pantographed in an "old" quill stem, years after pantographing was hot.

Any idea what the cranks and rings are?

Group and bottle cages I guess.
Bar the white saddle and silly chaining I like it. Nice to see someone using that ti finish deda stuff*. I wish they'd do it again.
*I assume that's what the bar / stem are.

Quill adapter and coloured tyres, no thanks!
Frames like these should be brought back to their home country, not leaving it ever again. ;-)
