If I remember correctly the Fabian thing wasn't engaged in particular candidates, simply what Labour as a whole needs.
I also would guess they're treating votes as percentages (of all votes), rather than actual voter turnout. I'm guessing, though. It's probably made clear in an appendix somewhere.
So from memory: no.
TL;DR'd a lot above, but did Fabian consider the possibility that Corbyn might gain votes from people who had nothing worth voting for last time?
Why bother turning out if they're all Tories, Tory-lite, Red Tory or Xenophobic Ex-Tories?
