So, anyone got a good recommendation for a London wheel builder to build up a set of vintage 1940's wheels for my RRA?- Constrictor Conloy crescent shaped rims on a Sturmey rear hub and Powell large flange front?
ideally some one with a good reputation for building with used and vintage parts?
