The seatpost has to go, totally agree on that.
I like the stem too, because it came with the framset, but its just so long. Well I'll ride it for a while and see how I like it.
It is already way more comfy than my mielec.
Rattlecanning the forks could be an option. But I'd rather have new forks, these are a little bit shit. The canti studs are about 2mm different in height, making the v-brake setup really awkward.
