At the top of my head - note the that 14kg was with hypers - I have now gone back to the 1kg or whatever m+
- burls ti with a similar geo to a condor fratello
- ultegra groupset except for the Hy rd brakes
3 Hope hubs on mavic 719 rims - xt front dynamo
- deda stem, genesis bars and a smp saddle
- carradice sqr block and super C bag

Just to alleviate your pain, my ti disc bike weighs about 14kg without a rack and I cry every night as to how fucking heavy it is
