    I fail to see the point of this new metric, even after reading the blurb on it. It's just something WKO4 calculates, which like everyone else's "calculations" on here have proven, without testing, tend towards bullshit.

  • It's an interesting number I guess. Certainly could be correct. The deviation from tested ftp could be an indicator of fatigue.

    But as I said I'm not the one crunching these numbers.
    If I can't hold 95% of it up a 20min climb. I'm not using it. Simple.
