I did 3 X 8mins at 300w last night. Which should have been relatively easy. But after a biggish run the day before, it was agony on the legs.
Training is easy. Resting correctly is tricky.
that's what a coach is for. Any idiot can overtrain - I need someone to tell me to do less more than I need someone telling me to do more.
