• My FTP was 280w. My mFTP was 360w. After much cleaning and assistance from folk From TP. My spikes are gone and my mFTP is 292w.

    I actually feel that after my rest period I should have an extra 12w in my legs.

    Nice of WKO4 to save me gurning in agony for 20mins to find out though.

  • Make those magic 12W appear with an hour's effort...

    I fail to see the point of this new metric, even after reading the blurb on it. It's just something WKO4 calculates, which like everyone else's "calculations" on here have proven, without testing, tend towards bullshit.

  • It's an interesting number I guess. Certainly could be correct. The deviation from tested ftp could be an indicator of fatigue.

    But as I said I'm not the one crunching these numbers.
    If I can't hold 95% of it up a 20min climb. I'm not using it. Simple.
