Training is easy hard. Resting correctly is tricky even harder.
No way could you call intervals easy but I agree tapering and resting is tricky. It's almost enough to put me off racing.
Well. Simple.
I only do Z5 intervals, 2x20, and long Z2 rides.
It's not hard to figure out which is next. I swim and run too. I still don't find it too difficult to plan.
But I never get the resting right.
