I feel the same. I've held 310w for a large part of a climb with no serious Hr ramp. Felt confident I'd hold it for 20mins. But my legs blew. Too much training. So 292w may be right, but at the moment I'm at 280 due to high volume fatigue.
Aparently I climbed 529762997m in a day in june. It was a day I promised my visitors, would be flat. Sorry Dammit, TW2, and Crumbs. My bad.

Yeah even a few small data spikes seem to send mFTP haywire.

I think mFTP seems pretty accurate. Though i don't think it's right for me right now (due to the type of riding I've done in the last month), I've had a lot of time off the bike and it still thinks I can do 350 for an hour. Which is a big lie.
