Slowly getting back into running after only doing it sporadically over the last year. Want to be comfortably running half marathons by spring again. 10k last week and a slow, ungainly 7k in the rain just now. Forgot how little grip my skoras have on wet surfaces...
Will take my running kit to Yosemite next week and hopefully get a run or two in when not climbing. Feel very fat and outta form right now...
