Just seen these numbers on Steve Irwin's strava...

VTTA 50 on T502.
1st Stephen Irwin 1:39:29,
2nd Bideau 1:40:10,
3rd Topham 1:42:25,
Holton DNS

So is that the end of Tops's BBAR hopes (if they weren't over already?).

No, there's the BDCA 100, Tops needs a 3:19 but doesn't have to beat comp record to overhaul Bideau, if all else remains equal

Hmmmm what's that, 7 or 8 minutes off his 100mile PB?... Interesting to see how he does, but RJB looks pretty nailed on to me.
