Does the Taste of Carolina happen every year? Have you ridden it?
Never heard of it before, was just looking at upcoming long rides on http://rusa.org/
Rocky Mountain 1200 is due to be run again in 2016 if there's enough interest. A few Brits have been over to ride that, including the nutter that is Pat Hurt doing it on fixed: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/1392508

I've got a 100mi TT coming up then off to Spain, then straight to Poland and then October is pretty empty but I'm going back to the US to race the 24hr Worlds again in November. I'll try and fit in my RRtY rides when I can. Unlikely I can fit in a second trip to the USA this year but you never know..
