There is a BSA adapter, which is basically the tandem axle and some 30mm external cups from Zipp or Rotor. It can be used with the MTB spider, because that sorts out the chainline. With the road spider and tandem axle the spider is 10mm or so out which is unworkable.
You'd need a custom spider then, the tandem axle and put up with an MTB q-factor if you are using it for road.
Not great.
If you are using it for MTB then it's an option but it's more expense on top of expense.
