It's climbing days it doesn't work for. Where you overheat on the way up due to lack of breeze over your chest.
So similar to cross then, low speeds, high intensity?
I run in a windproof base. Figured cross would be more like that.
....but with a bike on your shoulder.
Works perfectly for evening Z2 training, racing, or coastal cruising. Anywhere windchill is the major factor.
