Latex on commuter is far from ideal but so is spending half your money on bikes.
I have them on all the bikes with decent tyres (pro4, kojak and strada tub) and don't mind spending extra 20 seconds pumping 10 psi every morning for the riding quality; that will be even quicker and easier once I get a compressor in the shed.
No point doing it with a marathon plus, or ribmo or any such atrocities.

No, latex is more porous or something and lets more air out. That's one reason they're stupid for commuting on. Anyone telling you otherwise is a #buyer with more cash and time than smarts.

couldn't imagine having latex tubes on my commuter, they loose a lot of pressure daily on my road bike, I need to pump it everyday, is it just on mine?
