That would lessen their record quality though. Ben Rockett's 'record' for example isn't ratified and souls fail under most rules anyway because he had other riders with him. Why not v speak to the rra bods about adding it?

Possibly because they specifically state "Record claims on other routes or in other categories are not considered by the Association"
Apparently Guinness is the record ratifier of choice for Lejogle, possibly using UMCA observers

It's not on RRA website. So it's not theirs.
RRA really need to move into the 21st century. Maybe just start up an unofficial records website. GPs data accepted.
