I did notice today that Cycle Surgery at the velodrome have got a sale on, and their Pinnarello Dogmas are reduced to a man-on-the-street price of £8000. Down from £10,000.

It's quite easy to do £15k down a load of off the shelf bits. £6k Cervelo frame, £4k Lightweight wheels, £1k Garmin pedals, £2k electronic gruppo, £1k Dash saddle and post + bars, tyres etc.

why would anyone who could afford such a bike buy something "off the shelf"? Surely made to measure has to be more important than "size: one".
Also I was dissapointed to find I couldn't just add to basket to order one. I was also looking for the quantity box to fill in
