    You're still going to have to measure it.

    For differences of less than 1mm your only realistic option is spacers between the chainring and spider.

  • For differences of less than 1mm your only realistic option is spacers between the chainring and spider.

    For differences less than 1mm, the main option is just to ignore it. Even bushed ⅛" chains will run perfectly happily with <1mm misalignment over the 400mm or so between the two axes.
