  • Call their customer service, they get you to reset the phone and generally try to silver it. If they can't fix they take your cc number and put a hold on it for the price of a new phone. They then send you a phone with packaging to return yours. Once they receive your old phone they inspect it and if they still agree that it is a warrenty they remove the hold on your cc. Ive been through it twice and it is pretty slick really.
