They don't last that long and pricey to replace, even with trade account.

More importantly they look ghastly.

Could not, for the life of me, find this thread using the forum search - Google came to the rescue.

Matchy matchy.
In other news, @fox and myself went for a ride 2 weeks ago, the first since I crashed and broke my collar bone about 2 and a half months ago, It went well:
Until...
I got caught out by the large amount of gravel that apparently covers all of Hertfordshire's roads. Was very grumpy for the rest of the day as I scratched myself and my shifters to fuck.
However I went out again this week with some friends and didn't crash! That being said, i've definitely noticed that I now am very slow descending and cornering. The crashes have obviously effected me more than I first released, at least i'm back on the bike.
If anyone happens to see some more of my chainrings in a compact ratio please let me know btw, Im not as fit as I once was after this amount of time off the bike and climbing on big boy rings is bloody hard work.

It got better

In some weird fluke, I was wearing exactly the same kit as when I did my clavicle in. At least the left shoulder now has a nice matching scuff...

And the moon was in the same phase I bet
You need to improve your pre-ride good luck dance

This bike is lovely, the older paint jobs were so much lovelier than the newer cannondales. Though this makes me want a caad10 even more now.

Those chainrings look ace. Those wobble wounds don't.
Heal up.

CRC accidently sent me the wrong (and much more expensive stem £100 Vs. £250)

Ebay, some guy in wales.
I know it fits, I was referring too the fact that spider wasn't orignal to my cranks. It would have come with a spider and Mk. V rings.
