defintinelky agree that the keys is not to get starving, otherwise bad things happen, hungry is ok though...
turns out going on holiday and eating 5 times a day including at least one cream tea will make you put on weight even if you train loads and don't drink, this was a real shock to me, thankfully half the weight I put on in a week seems to have disappeared already just form returning to a more standards 3 times a day plus snacks, hopefully back in the 72s by the time I race again next week.
