My regular commute is back on and I'm getting out each weekend for a 90km ish blast.
Started loosing a bit.
Not bad.
I have, however, noticed that if I let myself get hungry I will make bad decisions and end up smashing a packet of hobnobs or buying fruit pastilles or some bullshit without realising.
I find I can lose weight easier when I'm not training.
Coming home from a 3000 Cal ride. I somehow still manage to over eat. If I'm doing a lot of volume I don't want to under eat too much and effect recovery.
My tact is to eat loads of fiber. Not sure it's working really.
