Key to weight loss = Don't get hungry?
Certainly worked for me over the last 5 months or so. Upping the protein/fat content of meals has kept me fuller for long so less likely to snack. Also cutting right back on sugary foods (in the morning particularly) means less dips in energy and less hunger though the day.
Have lost half a stone since February with no real increase in exercise levels.
My regular commute is back on and I'm getting out each weekend for a 90km ish blast.
Started loosing a bit.
Not bad.
I have, however, noticed that if I let myself get hungry I will make bad decisions and end up smashing a packet of hobnobs or buying fruit pastilles or some bullshit without realising.
