  • Can you take them back to London? Id share the load looking after them.... just might as well. It shocks me that people think it's OK to go away for more than a couple of days and leave their animals behind. I was only gone for 4 days and I was worried if Patch is going to be OK, if my cat sitter friend would get on with her, if she would have any last min issues that she couldn't commit to coming etc... for weeks before I actually had to go away. And to be honest, 4 days, worst case scenario I could just leave bowls of dry food and she would have been OK... sometimes human beings can be very disappointing...

  • I sort of had a go at my girlfriend buying cat food when we arrived and went to the supermarket. Then saw a cat that was hungry try to eat a discarded chicken carcass I understood.

These three seem to be really afraid of strangers, but not of food. Tried not to disturb them while eating.

Wholy understand where you are coming from, but I think the best I can do is feed them once a day and see if the cat that scratches alot will let me near to see if I can do something as I feel annoyed that the cat is in discomfort.
