Am currently feeding 3 different cats. Looks like the Locals here, like the rest of france see it as ok to go on holiday for a month and not bother about their cats.
If a cat will go in to a new space,or house, to eat the remains of a chicken in a bin gets fed in my book. One has fleas as it is scratching alot. All three seem to eat the food quickly and not like cats that are on the scrounge.
