I got a medium Gabba and medium arm warmers and the arm warmers seem skinnier than the Gabba. Unfortunately anything bigger than medium would be too long for my arms.

Yes, the small armwarmers are borderline too long on me so I don't really want to go up to medium. Maybe they'll give a bit after a few wears.
