Few more bits to go in the saddle pack and might repack the top tube bag to stop it rubbing on my knees. Other than that.. err.. good to go? Oh, need to add some bonk rations and more chamois cream packs.

You still making your own chamois cream? What do you pack it into?

Still pondering what to unpack from the saddlebag: Merino head, buff, liner gloves; rain jacket, wind jacket, extra jersey?

Of that lot, I've got a buff and a very light rain jacket.
Most of my stuff is currently batteries and charging leads, spare tubes and some tools, panadol, my anticoag tablets, rennies, some bum cream, lip balm/sunscreen, spare links, erm.. I forget.
It might all get repacked on Sunday before I leave depending on what I can fit in my jersey pockets. -

I think I should've got a bigger saddle pack and ditched the top tube bag.

Put my dynamo on last night. seemed good on the commute (a whole 16km).
Dropped the bike off at St Pancras at lunchtime. No mudguards. Maybe I'll take some out tomorrow.
Staying in Alliance Hotel Paris Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines tomorrow night. Will almost certainly be late for bike check.
I am upset that people are laready repacking their bags. I haven;t started packing the first time yet. And I want to write a tracking webpage too.

I packed most of my shit last night. I still need to pack more though which worries me because I don't want my knees rubbing for the whole bloody thing.

Looks like you have to ditch the micro brewery for an Ortlieb shop tomorrow.

I am about 7kg heavier than I was last year. But fuck me have I enjoyed a lot of beers! :)
Shit, gotta get up in 5 hours. Ciao PBPers!

Have fun hippy... doubt I'll see you but have a fabulous ride. Good luck everyone.
I'm packing now. YAY. I think I am going to take roughly what I took on my 600km and hope that I don't come a cropper. Food for first night, maybe second night, but not beyond that. Clothing, but not excessive clothing. rainjacket, shortsleeve jersey, base layer, couple of bibs. legwarmers etc
Not a lot of tools but some. I normally take a leatherman because it has pliers that I have never needed. Wonder if that'll get on the eurostar as it has a blade. SHUT-UP-AND-PACK-GRAUNCH
