  • Accessorise to win.

  • Lol hope you managed to #oberup

  • Headache and a bit tired but not as bad as I thought it might have been.

  • Couple pints of Brooklyn Summer Ale, floral notes but that might be from the vases they were served in? #wherestgepintmugsgone

  • Really enjoyed both the Anchor Summer and the Belg style Anchor Spring Saison that a bud from work bought for me. #csb

  • Went to GBBF yesterday, few beers of note were:

    Hophunter IPA by Sierra Nevada
Imperial Blablabla Bunnahabhain Barrel Aged barley wine from Het Uiltje
    Festina Peche from Dogfish Head
Wake Up Dead Nitro - Lefthand
Colossal One aged in Cabernet Franc barrels by Port City
Sucks with Ancho Chillies from Lagunitas

Going again tonight to drink some english stuff

  • I also went last night, a fine time was had by all.
However, if you are going by train, be warned that the district line spur to Olympia isn't running. I got to Earl's Court and waited 50 minutes for the advertized shuttle bus to the festival, which never showed up. I ended up getting the C1.

  • so excited, parents in law down this weekend for the gbbf. any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

  • Drink beer, eat pork products, buy some ridiculous headgear.

  • Please report back with any favourites, anyone who goes to GBBF.

  • Intzamna from Canterbury for anyone who likes imperials
    Also Harbour's Black IPA.
Saltaire's Triple Chocoholic is there too.

  • Went to Hop Burns and Black last night for a free tasting thing, had a nice Yeastie Boys IPA and Golden Ale. Also had this by Beavertown while I was there, just plain weird.

  • Any suggestions for Paris? I'll need some pre-PBP hydration near the National Velodrome and some post-PBP rehydration probably near the 'drome or near Gare du Nord. Shops full of Belgian beer or French craft offerings also required.

  • Bierissime - 85 boulevard Magenta in between Gare du Nord and Gare du l'est

    http://www.bierissime.fr/

    Good beer shop

  • Bookmarked. Ta

  • There will hopefully be a can of this (and the other one they've done) waiting for me at local offy later, looking forward to them.

  • Just heard a bottle of this has been saved for me by colleague, madchester beer

  • Nice.
