Picked up some bargain John Dory fillets from our fish man. It seems they don't sell well for some reason so we got 6 fillets for £6
Pan fried in butter and then a simple white wine sauce to accompany along with some new potatoes and spring greens. Absoultely delishous, reminded me why John Dory is my favourite white fish.
