To be honest not many People would bother repairing a tub these days.
The moulded tub without a stiching layer on the inside, is a lot easier to Mount. Its the stitching that doesnt want to stretch. I read that they dont ride as well though. But I'm not sure I believe that.
Most conti tubs come With butyl inners too. Which is a bit meh.
Buy some pressurized sealant though. Its awesome stuff for tub users.
